Emma Shameyan is an 11th grader at High Tech Los Angeles Charter High School. She joined Journalism this year and is a new writer for the Circuit. Her interests range from a number of different things. She loves the entertainment industry and enjoys listening to music and watching movies in her free time. A skill that she admires about herself is the ability to communicate with others clearly and freely. She
believes that she has improved on this skill and has been able to establish and maintain good friendships with others because of it. She recently completed a music article that focuses on the question, “What does the music we listen to say about us.” She wants to continue to write about topics in the entertainment and music industry and build a better understanding of it. In addition, her yearly goal is to not only produce good articles for the Circuit, but to also learn from her writing and improve her literary expression.
