Aleksandr Stasyuk is an 11th grade student who recently joined the HTLA Journalism team for the first time. He has recently started drawing as a hobby, and plans on potentially putting the hobby to use once he develops enough skill. He has travelled through much of Europe before coming to America, and is planning on learning languages such as Estonian, his home country. He is proud of how he is able to convey a message to an audience, having been called an excellent presenter by many of his teachers, including the judges at the school’s P.O.L.s. He takes a personal interest in philosophical questions and wants to potentially write about some questions that may not have a direct answer. He plans on making the school’s news broadcast more fun and is starting to develop a segment with one of his friends.
